Happy Friday! I just love this thought and I hear it more and more these days from both sides. A day does not go by with out hearing the jingle from that well known radio station WFMW or WIIFM (What's in it For Me).

Gwenn, I get into conversations with seller clients all the time, when they think that should be able to negotiate a commission before they even list. I remind them they are setting the bar too low and will be getting only what they are willing to pay for. If another Realtor wants to do it for less give them a try, and I guarantee you'll get less.
