Hello Marianne:

I have accepted a position at Duke University, and need a home to rent starting on November 1, 2009. I am single female (divorced), with three well behaved cats. Need a safe place to live, that has at least a single car garage and fenced yard. I have a washer/dryer (gas).

Does this rental property fit this description? If not, could you help me find a rental home that would take three cats, fenced yard, and at least one garage? 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and 1,000 square feet at a minimum.

Or do you know any lease to own properties, that I could view? I will be traveling to Durham from Phoenix in early October. My cell number is 928-607-1240.
