Well the listing appt is over, and chalk one up for the good guys. Not only did I list for full commission but I will be giving someone from AR a referral. Yeeee Haaaaaa.

After the sale of his home he plans on moving back home to Minnesota. He will rent for 6 months and then he will be ready to buy. So all you Minnesota AR members be ready.

It was simple, full service or part time service, your choice. He chose full service.
