The Los Gatos housing market usually has a burst of activity in the early months of each year, and 2007 has proved to be no exception.We now have the statistics for April's sold and closed escrows, and also, of course, the stats for the "under contract" sales (sale pending in April). Most of our escrows last about 30 days, so it's fairly safe to say that April closings generally reflect March activity.
