Housing plan to fund interest rate reductions?

Rates down a bit
For the week ending Feb 5th the 30-year fixed averaged 5.16% with an average 0.7% fee, down from last week when it averaged 5.25%. This time last year it averaged 5.72% Rate survey.
 
The new rules of reverse mortgages

    Thanks for the time and effort.  This reminds me of the good ol' S&L crises of the 80's.....except I hope to God that the government does not create the RTC again.  People forget that there were about 1900 S&L failures.  We made it through......
