If you follow my blog you know I think the Palos Verdes Drive South neighborhood is fast becoming the resort side of the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
I'll be spending some time in the neighborhood this weekend--showing property, meeting with a prospective client at Trump's Restaurant, holding an open house and delivering a market analysis for another resident. Pending Sales: 3 Single Family Homes are in escrow priced from $849,000 (big fixer with big ocean view) to $1,195,000.
January 09 Sales: 0 Homes closed escrow.
