Paint is always good.  Love paint, it's such a great way to make a big impact.  Love your new photo too.  : )

Hi Shirley,

I have checked off everything on your list except items focused on exterior.  I need to get someone to come clean my windows and brick exterior.

I had a showing today on my home and they seemed to have liked it.  Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi Shirley, Now that's a good list! Speaking of mulch, I received an urgent email not to but Cocoa bean ? Mulch...it's toxic to dogs.  I've never heard of that.  I like the cedar mulch...

Hi Chris, A little paint goes a long way.

Angelia, You are selling your own home.  Well, you have a good agent.

Mary, I had to re-read my post to see if it said cocoa bean mulch... I didn't remember saying it... you kinda scared me... LOL.. I like cedar mulch, too.

Kelly, Thanks.  The Code of the West: Talk less and say more.  :-)
