Priced at $849,000, it is a great alternative to for condominium buyers.

Looks wonderufl, Patricia. And two spaces...what a dream. When I was selling in Boston it was common to find deeded parking spaces for sale for folks who did not have the with their homes - usually $50 - $100K (but that was 4 years ago). Do you see that in DC too?
