Here it is February ALREADY and how is it going for you??? I got through the big tax day and now I am ready for SPRING. I have not been on active rain in such a long time because I got back into listing FORECLOSURES. Everyone knows that word these days. I have also been showing property, lots of 
property and that is a good sign. LET's get ready to catch some BIG FISH. I am gearing up because I am going to be opening up escrows. You will too.....mark my words. Buyers are out there on the prowl and they are ready to pounce. It is time to put this nonsense behind us, put our best foot forward and get to work!!!!! Let's do it!
