Last night for Valentine's Day my wife, Amy, and I went to the Corkscrew for a wine tasting. Corkscrew is a retail wine boutique and a wine and cheese bar. It is in the Rockbrook Village at 108th & Center Streets.

It was a quiet, relaxed atmosphere perfect for the romantic occasion. The wine tasting consisted of a four course meal and each course was served with a different wine. Our favorite wine was the Nivasco Brachetto 2007 Piemonte. In fact we took a bottle home.
