First time Homebuyers Tax Credit - Major Modifications 2008 vs 2009

By now I'm sure we're all confused about the modifications in the First Time Homebuyers tax credit - Old verses New. NYSAR just put out a handy chart highlighting the differences and major modifications of the 2008 verses the 2009 Recovery and Reinvestment Act

Thanks for the link you posted. It really helps lift some of the "fog" Realtors are living in today.

Michael - Thanks for the tip. I've been giving something like this to my first time homebuyers but never thought to include it in a client mailing (I do emailing and enewsletters ).
