What does your professional scorecard look like?

When did you last sit down an do a self analysis of where you are today regarding your professional career?  Perhaps never?  So I thought I'd share a great tool that is available at Keller Williams Realty that may assist you, and help you think about how you can bring your business to the next level, by being honest with yourself with the following:

On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 to 4 being low, 5-7 being medium,  8 to 10 being high, how do you score the following:

This is a shorter version of the full scorecard, but I think if people rate themselves in these catergories, then they may dicover areas that need improvement and more focus for 2009!
