     Interest Rates continue to drop!  Well qualified borrowers are finding loans near and below 5% interest rate.  Home prices, especially Bank Owned homes, are more affordable than any time in our lives!  I am sharing with you what seems to be the best kept secret!  Homes are selling fast and some homes are receiving 10 or more offers.  Many are selling above list price.  Don't let the media with their negativity let you miss out on this incredible "Buyer's Market!"
