Four Claremont homes were listed for sale during the week ending Feb. 14, 2009, and three homes entered escrow, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service.
A total of 98 Claremont homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Feb. 15. Included were 64 single-family homes not in associations. There were 34 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Claremont on Feb. 15; 28 homes were reported as vacant.
The MLS listed no Claremont homes as "In Foreclosure," four as "Notice of Default," and 20 as "Short Payoff." In addition, seven homes were reported as "Real Estate Owned" - that is, offered by lenders who have foreclosed on defaulted loans. Please note: The MLS does not require the type of sale of listed homes to be reported.
Two Claremont homes were reported as sold in the MLS during the week ending Feb. 14, 2009.
