Feb. 15, 2009: Rancho Cucamonga Home Market Activity

 Forty-five Rancho Cucamonga homes were listed for sale during the week ending Feb. 7, 2009, and 49 homes entered escrow, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service. 

A total of 675 Rancho Cucamonga homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Feb. 8. Included are 389 single-family homes. There were 286 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Rancho Cucamonga on Feb. 8; 106 homes were reported as vacant. 

The MLS listed five Rancho Cucamonga homes as "In Foreclosure," 18 as "Notice of Default," and 220 as "Short Payoff." In addition, 101 homes were reported as "Real Estate Owned" - that is, offered by lenders who have foreclosed on defaulted loans. Please note: The MLS does not require the type of sale of listed homes to be reported. 

There were 15 Rancho Cucamonga homes reported as sold in the MLS in the week ending Feb. 7, 2009.
