Brad,

I signed up fpr the free trial a few months ago.  There's a lot of things that I really like about the software.  Probably the best, is the price - its just $99 a year, which is about a fifth of what I am paying right now for Top Producer.  I also really like how fast the software is when I go from screen to screen.  I can get to the information I need quite quickly.  One other thing that I really like is that the technical support has been pretty responsive to bug reports and feature requests.  I do a lot with Activity Plans (they call them Task Plans), and so I had to call them up about some things in regards to that.  They were helpful in explaining how things worked.  I gave them a few suggestions and just last week the changes I asked for showed up!  So, it looks like they really are trying to make the software better.  I think that's good, because the one flaw that I see in the software is that it can sometimes be a bit simplistic.

For example, I have been using Top Producer for ages, and one of the things that I totally rely upon are Activity Plans.  I have plans for everything.  But RealtyJuggler has what they call Task Plans.  They are just like Activity Plans, but don't have the ability to link a letter.  Instead, RealtyJuggler offers a Mail section, whcih allow you to put together a series of letters to go out.  So, the features I want are there, but they are a bit different.  For me, I like to proof read every letter that I send out, so the DRIP mail feature is nice, but I don't like the automatic nature of it.  So, I asked if there was a way to set up a drip letter campaign (like I have now in Top Producer), but to allow the letters to show up in my Taks list, so I can review the letter right before it goes out. Its a small feature, but a big thing for me.  That's the feature I asked for and they added.  So now, I can set the Status for the DRIP letter campaign to Draft.  When I do that, the letters all get queued up and I see them scheduled to go out in my Tasks list.  But, they won't go out automatically - what I have to do is click on the letter and proof it and then change the status to Pending.  Every morning, I go through the tasks that I have - letters that I need to print, letters that are going out via Email and the like.  So, the changes they made really match up with the way I like to work.

RealtyJuggler doesn't have all the bells and whistles of Top Producer.  But, really, I don;'t think I took full advantage of everything Top Producer had to offer anyways.  So, I am pretty happy with RealtyJuggler.  I am now in the process of moving over all of my Activity Plans over - unfortunately I can't figure out to export Activity Plans out of Top Producer.  I also want to get my web site hooked up as well so my web leads go into Realtyjuggler.  My Top Producer subscription is due for renewal at the end of the month, and I really want to get completely switched over by then.

Sam,

I just signed up for a Free 90day trial for Realty Juggler too. I have not used TP in a long while. If I can get the same quality of the services I need for my CRM and save---then so be it! I'm hoping that I can get a great CRM, virtual tour system and web hosting for under $39.95 total!

If I like Realty Juggler enough to adopt it---$99.00 annual for the services equates to just $8.33 per/mo.

I've already got a great Web Hosting Company to host my soon to be new website for $10.00 per/mo.

I just need a great Virtual Tour provider that offer great features and services for a good price too (say $15.00 per/mo.) and I will meet my goal of $34.95 for 3 separate, but outstanding services!
