| Polk County Tennessee Land Sales Report - January 2009 |
| There was one sale this month for $22,000 and there are 280 active properties for sale. Needless to say there are really no statistics to report as averages etc mean nothing on one property. This was a very bad month for land sales in Polk County. Of course it is January which is not usually a good month so that being said we sold less that 1/3 of what was sold last year as far as total dollars sold.
