After 3 days of being with 3 different sets of buyers this past weekend, I can only tell you that I am learning the market so well. The more you know the inventory the better. I worked with a house buyer on Friday, a condo buyer on Saturday, and another home buyer on Sunday. Nothing on paper yet, but they will. They each had to go back home think about the options, talk with their lenders (which are closed today) and then move ahead from there. The market is definately showing good signs of picking up. Occupancy rates in the area were also up over Valentine's Day weekend.
What is down is me. I woke this morning with a fever, the chills, and have had to stay close by to the bathroom if you know what I mean.
I had a lot of follow up work to do today and great expectations of myself. However, even I need a day off every now and then.
