Doing more of what doesn't work doesn't make it work any better!

Lots of agents complain about the market, yet doing nothing about it.  Anyone can whine, complain or stay idle in this market.  It takes a real "Go-getter" to actually stay afloat.  Making calls, knocking on doors and getting face-to-face with people every day makes all the difference.  I love people so contacting people works great.  Rejection is not a big deal either.  The more rejections, the closer I am to a YES!  I love to hear yes, especially when it comes to signing a contract.  It's my goal to knock on 3 doors per day and actually try to find someone home who is ready willing and able to sell their home and is not out of their mind when it comes to pricing it.  All we have to do is stay positive and just keep plugging away.  Most people get bored with their homes and want to move on.  Timing is everything and the more we follow up with our sphere of influence the better chance we have of finding them when they are bored and want a new home or a change of scenery.
