Lately, I am getting some calls from other agents and wanting to understand my short sale process more than anything.  I understand why because I also got burned by some other agents who had short sale listings.  This one agent gave us an assurance about the position of our offer and later came back and informed us that there was another offer that puts my offer in the back burner when our offer was received way before they received this new one.  My client was very committed in waiting for this offer and there are just other agents that don't really care about their commitment and word of honor anymore.

I don't do business like this.  I treat offers from other agents as they come.  I do keep my word.  Agents that don't hold on to their words will come back 10 times worst for them.  Remember, Agents that submits an offer to your short sale listings are also your CUSTOMERS.  Be honest and be fair to them for they could become a very, very unhappy customers... and YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A CUSTOMER IS VERY UNHAPPY...
