So you're out for a Sunday Drive when you see this cute little home for sale.

"I wonder how much they're asking for THAT home? But I don't want to call the number on the sign because I have an agent and the agent on the sign is representing the seller and not me."

What do you do? Should you write down the address and hope to remember to check when you get home???

Here's a much better option!  Yes, I finally found a great webpage for running home searches on your phone.

On your cell phone, go to www.franklymls.com/caroline

  franklymls

Type in the address and the listing information should come up. That's all you need to do!

From home, you can use the same web page address to run more through searches if you like. But read the directions if you like using the site. Since the site is actually a wiki, you have to use key words to find what you're looking for. Read the directions so when you out and about, you'll know who to use it.

This is just one option, but so far it's the best option for your phone! Let me know how it works for you.

And thanks, Frank!
