We recently helped two couples buy their first homes (foreclosures, but great opportunities for them!) and we go to settlement on both in February. One is the daughter of some very long term friends. The other is a young lady who never was able to buy before now.
We have two long time clients selling their homes...quality properties but the current market really can't support a big difference between quality homes and the 'really needs help' foreclosure market
