Thought I would say hi anf introduce myself to one and all. My name is Valerie, I'm a loan officer and realtor. I do loans for one and all even those that have low ficos and those that are in forclosure. So if you have a client that has listed their home with you and it is getting close to forclose. I can help you with it still listed. thus, saving your listing and their credit. Call me and I can get you and your client atarted .

I've always felt that if I am representing a buyer, and I am being paid to do his loan then it would be had to show objectivity in any recommendations he may ask for regarding who he should finance with. Just my feelings, we have agents in my office that disagree. But I think I'll keep the 2 functions at arm's length.
