Bright and sunny, this 750 sq.ft. unit has all the amenities that Jefferson Place is famous for. Gleaming hardwood floors in the living area, granite in the kitchen and bath a spa-sized bathroom along with walk in closets all contribute to the feel of luxury. Built in late 2005, the complex is 3.5 years young. The appliances are in nearly new condition as is everything else in the unit.
The unit is listed for $370,000. If the monthy mortgage payment is what rents are going for, the Pet-Friendly Condo for sale at Jefferson Place in White Plains #422 - 1BR/1BA - $370,000 is a bargain.
It's a very competative price. But necessary in the current market conditions. A lot of Wall Street firms have let people go at an alarming rate. This is the trough - buyers should be out in FORCE - but they still need to be realistic. This is NY -not Florida.
This is a beautiful luxury condominium with spectacular views. Sunrise is just gorgeous! Amenities are superior and the area is fantastic for high end shopping and upscale lifestyle.
The concierge and staff are exceptional gentleman who service the property with class and excellence. Owner is extremely satisfied with the superior environment, layout of rooms, and the fact that as the first resident, everything in the unit was brand new, and has been maintained with extreme care during time of residence. New owners will be extremely pleased to be a member of the Jefferson Place community.
