This coming Thursday, February 19th, I will be conducting a 2 hour course (from 9:30 to 11:30 am) for the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches in their technology lab at 1926 10th Avenue North, Suite 410, Lake Worth, Florida.
The course "Introduction to Contact Management" features using Microsoft Outlook as a contact manager and includes material from the last yime this course was offered plus brand new content that I have prepared to meet the learning objectives.
The course is a hands-on workshop on using Outlook as an effective and inexpensive contact manager for brand new Realtors and anyone else interetsed in learning how to accomplsih this.
Participants will learn:
· What to look for in a CRM (contact manager)
· Why Outlook is a great solution
· Using Outlook to keep track of contacts and customers
· Sending and receiving email
· Setting and monitoring appointments
· Accessing your data remotely
