2 Hours a Day Won't Get It Done

Yes, the television commercials tell you that it is possible to become a millionaire with little time and effort. In reality, those who become rich and successful do so because they work hard. You will not be successful if you do not give you vocation an all-out effort.

Want to know the most important benefit of working hard? Those who work hard attract successful people. If you are going to succeed, you need to work with those who are hard workers. Why would a successful person want to partner with or be served by someone who gives a half-hearted effort? Hard work means more than doing your job. it means putting out extra effort to deliver extra value. It means spending the time developing the skills that are necessary for success. Need to learn more about finance? Take a course in your spare time.

According to annual trends, Real Estate slows down between November and February. Nothing has changed here because we are all experiencing some slowness. Make the most of it. Don't just wait it out and try to catch up on some sleep or soaps. Utilize that extra time to fine tune your skills and/or learn something new that will separate you from your competition.

It's already the middle of February. Are you on track with your goals? Don't wait. Get focused.

Hard work always is always the key. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!

Hard work is good..smart work is good...a combination of the two is optimal. "Work smarter, not harder" is crap. Work smarter AND harder! :-)

I need many, many 2 hours a day. 2 hours go by so fast. Your wake up call of mid-February .... Now, that's scary. Better get to work, John.

Wait a minute, you can't get rich working 2 hours a day? Come on John!!!! Those guys on the infomercials do it!! :)

The market is going to turn around and when it does i will be ready, spring is in the air.

I am also a firm believer that hard work is the only way to get ahead. No one is simply going to hand you success.

John the only ones that get rich on these get rich quick programs, are the ones getting people to buy in to their scams. You get out of things what you put into them. You work a little you get a little, you work a lot, you get a lot.

Take me with you John. I want to be surrounded by successful people too.

John, Wow, you really know how to tell it. If you watch one infomercial per night you have wasted time you could have spent with your kids. The only people who become millionaires are the pitch men!

Clint - I've said that old saying once or twice. You are right that it needs to be modified to say AND.

Loreena - Mid February snuck up on me as well. Just have to maintain focus and dont get caught up on useless tasks.

Jared - Those guys get rich off of YOU sending them in a check trying to get rich. LOL Perhaps one of guys hit the lotery and he paid for the commercial time to begin with.

George - You are absolutely right. People will buy into it and send money without even knowing what the purchase is for.

Your right about successful people surrounding themselves with other people who are also successful. This is one of the reasons RE/MAX is such a successful franchise.

You snooze you lose is a favorite quote of mine. I wish I could say I never got caught snoozing but it does happen. I just try to learn from those times.

I usually do use those months between December to February to bone up on new ideas. Two years ago January was when I joined Active Rain. This year for some odd reason has been my busiest January and February since I got in to real estate 12 years ago. How odd is that? I'm just giving God the glory because it doesn't make sense but often life doesn't make sense.

John I actually got my 2nd twitter email from someone telling me I can make thousand a day working out of the house and become an instant millionaire. It is laughable sometimes!

LOL Bill. There are a TON if ideas out there. Im nosey and want to know their idea but the better half of my brain reminds me that its garbage.
