Everyone is invited to meet local artists and photographers whose work will be on display on all three floors of the City Hall.  Enjoy a delightful evening of beautiful photography, classical music and eye-grabbing art work!  Welcome to Redding, CA and the Spring Art Reception at our beautiful Redding City Hall.
