Kim Thank you. We always use a professional photographer and I am a fan of night time shots. He did a fantastic jobs on the pool!

Gary Thank you. we have recently cut way back on print media with the exception of the focused areas represented by the neighborhood papers. We still do a lot of "Company" advertising in Christies and some of the local upscale magazines!

Chris Ann The home is spectacular and you are right, the photographer was able to take advantage of a dramatic sky for some of the exterior pictures! It was very impressive and we were very pleased with our prominent showing in the Million Dollar Homes issue.

Dale I truly appreciate your comments and agree that good photos make a world of difference in print ads and online too! We always use a professional photographer because I am not that good at "architectural photos" (Though I love taking pictures of lots of other thins!!)

June Like you i realize the importance of a great visual presentation and the necessity to concentrate on elements that will highlight the homes many amenities! BTW thanks for your comments about maintaining quality because it made me remember that I have to always review the pictures to make sure thay are appropriate for the listing! have a good week my friend!

Karen The upper end market is like that in many parts of the country but realistically we have not experience the dramatic drops in value as elsewhere. I think we have flattened however there are many buyers circulating and at this point still sitting on the fence to see what will happen next!?!

Jeannette I agree that one of our strong points is that we have the best tools and marketing to work with buyers and sellers in the upscale home market here in Austin!
