Valuable First time homebuyer Credit Repayment Information

Just visited H&R Block online to review a summary of the new stimulus package. It appears first time homebuyers who qualify for the credit may also have repayment waived after 36 months if they meet other criteria including: the home is still their primary residence and has not been sold. Refer to the stimulus package for details but on first glance, this could be incentive for those who qualify. H&R Block Link

Although it will take some time the new stimulas package should help out the Real Estate market. It would have been nice if the max rate stayed at 15k but I guess 8k will have to suffice.
