Some much needed rain fell in Palos Verdes this morning, and for the first Tuesday in several weeks, I found there were no new listings I needed to preview on today's broker tour, so I happily spent time fulfilling promises made and yet undelivered.
It is amazing what you can do with the gift of two unexpected hours!
* Two requested market evaluations are ready to deliver. Can a new listing be far behind?
* Scads of emails were sent--catching up calls, new listing alerts and a couple of hope you're feeling better notes. It seems a pesky stomach bug is making itself at home in my Sphere of Influence...I hope my flu shot has that one covered.
* Appointments are set for tomorrow's showings.
* Comparable sales were sent to a buyer who is contemplating writing an offer.
* A touch base email was sent to the lender who is working loans for my current buyers.
* I sent a suggested list price for an upcoming listing (along with supporting comps and neighborhood statistics).
Sometimes a change of plans is just what my schedule and I need.
I have always loved the variety of my real estate career.
