The Highest priced home is a twenty room home built in 1998 with six bedrooms, 5.2 baths with a six car garage on a 1.863 acre parcel with an asking price of $1,800,000.00.
The overall average list price of these homes is $296,720.00
There were four properties that went under contract and no properties pending attorney review. Out of the four properties under contract two were condo's or 50%. Out of the four properties under contract the average list price is $221,900.00 with the lowest at $139,900 and the highest at $349,900.00. The average days on the market was 18.
