Luxury Home Market in Warwick Township Bucks County, Pa

There are homes in all price ranges in Warwick Township. Homes priced right are selling . I searched the mls this morning.

Criteria used : Residential sales in last six months, priced between $500k and $1000,000 .

Based on homes listed in multiple listing service there were 9 homes that sold in the last six months .This does nort include homes not listed, multi units or commercial and is subject to errors and omissions.

The homes were on the market for an average of 43 days .The lowest price was $500k and highest sale price was $730,910. The average sale price was $581,207.

There are 48 homes listed for sale in this price range at this time. There are some good buys out there . It is a Buyers Market.

Warwick township is located in Central Bucks School district. www.cbsd.org

Gita Hopefully, now that the dust is settling a bit with the stimulus being signed, people will be more willing to buying. We will see how things develop this spring.
