"Impact" is second on the list. How are your decisions going to impact the outcome of the situation? People today want results, not lame excuses. Strive to make decisions that will positively impact your bottom line.
"Reliability" is a word that strongly resonates in today's business arena. Reliability is also akin to added value. How reliable are you? ...
"Mission" and "commitment" are two words that are synonymous with each other. In today's business world, the words pledge and promise do not carry much weight anymore. Today real estate professionals have to put their credibility on the line in order to succeed. Your mission or mission statement is a window to the "soul" of your business. Your mission/mission statement needs to be authentic and something that your employees and customers can believe or "buy into".
These words are positive and proactive. Use them wisely. And, only if you want to increase your business and be candid and truthful with those you work with.
