Since I haven't seen any recaps of the last episode, i figured I might as well throw in my two cents. Don't mistake this for an 'unofficial official recap' or anything:-)

From the get-go most of us knew that Shawn was most likely going to be a bad guy.  I wanted the 24 folks to find a nifty twist and prove my intuition wrong.  Outing him as the mole in the last episode was all too predictable for my taste.  If it was, indeed, that easy for all of us to spot him as the bad guy - wtf is FBI's problem?

Moving on: the overly emotional goodbye by Mareeka's sister, and the heart-felt warning to the befrekled FBI agent to keep her baby sis safe from harm was like screaming out loud that she was going to be a gonner... I already know she isn't making it, so why the heck would I rush to the tv next Monday? Thanks for ruining the suspense...again.

I think the only thing I am still not sure about is whether or not Henfy makes it, though my money right now is on him being just fine:-)

Your thoughts?

My thoughts - I believe you are talking about 24... Never seen it.  : )  Though now that Janean is on it, I think I have to check it out.  I'm watching Burn Notice on the USA Network.

I'm thinking this is why I fell asleep and missed the last 15 minutes.  Was Shawn the dark haired guy that was in the office with the homely girl who looks like me at night, with no makeup on?  The one with the glasses?  I missed the last half hour of last week's show too but caught the recap at the beginning of this week's episode.  And the be-freckled FBI agent... is she eventually going to be Jack's latest love interest that gets killed and tortured?

In any case, I still love the show.  Just can't seem to stay awake through it lately.

BTW, you are too funny!

I was dismissed Shawn as too obvious almost from the start.  So, I was mildly surprised to find out that he was involved.  It was a disappointing surprise though.  I'll stick it out to the end, but the writers appear to be phoning it in this year.  The whole season has been more like a reunion show than a hit drama.  All the stars are gathered for one more pay day, but the magic is lost.

Chris - it's addictive, so I am just warning yah.... You might want to watch a few seasons to catch up:-)

My Susan - yep, that's him... Looks and sounds like a total jerk, so no real surprises. I have the feeling that when the shit hits the fan, he'll blame it all on sweet Janice, she had the key:-(  As for Miss Freckles - I hope not. She still annoys me greatly!

Eric - It really does seem to lag this year so far.  They may have lost some good writers to that strike, or maybe the PC sentiments got the better of them.  I will still watch, cause, well I am addicted, but darn it can I please please please have the SUSPENSE back!!!:-)

Inna My Dear!

A fellow 24-Addictee!!!  Yes, this season so far is woefully un-suspenseful...what's up with that??? We wait over a year for the new season, and this is what we get...ugh...

Very glad to see Chloe giving the FBI guy a hard time about his networking...!  Glad to see characters from previous seasons, but just about everybody else looks like a bumbling idiot.

Inna - I'm with you on the addicted part.  I can't wait til my next 'fix' each Monday.  The show is still entertaining, but the bar seems to be lower.

Amy - yep, a fellow addictee I am:-)    i love love love Chloe, and so glad that we have her again. She is awesome!!! I can't wait for a catfight between her and Janice:-)  I just hope the whole damn season picks up some pace.  Where is all the violence and macho Bauerisms>? I miss it!!!

Erik - hopefully them writing folks raise the bloody bar. They know what made us all love it in the first place, and while none of it was PC or pretty, it made for an awesome show. F**k pc - just give me my show back is all I'm askin':-) And if a few morons out there percieve it as glorifying lawlessness or what have you - they can just turn it the heck off!

PS: How the heck to I get my pretty face to show up like everyone's been doing lately?

Inna - so, so disappointing.  The drama is WAY too over-acted.  The attempt at creating tension between Jack and Agent Walker is pathetic at best.  The President comes off as being a complete wimp incapable of thinking for herself - along with the majority of people who work in the White House.  The whole thing with Jack being under arrest, and then not, and then again...it's all getting very old and boring.

Hello. There is still a difference between something and nothing, but it is purely geometrical and there is nothing behind the geometry. I am from Brazil and too poorly know English, give please true I wrote the following sentence: "Roadpro tire clocks and alarm clocks at roadtrucker buy tire alarm clock with tire screeching action sound by roadpro." Waiting for a reply :o, Gretchen.
