Debi.. You have properties that were foreclosed on that sold for under 20K?  WOW.  That is amazing.  I guess Connecticut is a VERY expensive state... there is NOTHING priced/sold that low.

Also, did you get me email about the graphs/charts on MLS.  How I can't go anything further than statistics?  How can a state that is so expensive have so little to choose from on this program?

Valerie - Yes, I think Connecticut is a lot more expensive than Missouri.  :)

             I did get that email about the graphs.  I'm sorry that you can't get any further than the statistics...  :(
