5 Comments on Foreclosures in Clay County FL January 2009
Foreclosures certainly do have an impact on everyones values. I just debuted on TV last night on WBZ in Botin about foreclosures in my area. Here is the link:

Frank & Sharon,
That is great info, thank you for sharing.

Bill - That's really the point of posting about foreclosures, so Sellers will see concrete evidence of the downward pressure on prices. Congrats on your TV debut! So where's my autograph? LOL Seriously, I didn't realize you were having problems with foreclosures like we are here.
Jonathan - Thanks, it's to help homeowners be realistic about pricing their houses to sell.
Wow...that's a lot of foreclosures. Aren't you glad that the investor limitations on FHA loans is changing on March1st to ten properties instead of four? Hopefully they can snag up some of these homes and get the market back to a more normal inventory of homes.
Cindy
Cindy - No, I didn't know that. Since the guidelines are more stringent, then the investors should be solid ones - let's hope! Properties are for sale for less than they could be built in some instances. Thanks for stopping by.
