A couple of months
ago, I volunteered to TEST DRIVE the GROWTH
LEADER lead generation
system. I really had a bad taste for these programs, but I had
a new agent that I needed to keep busy and honestly, I was curious
as to how it would compare to the others. Besides, I wanted to
be on the first to say it wasn't any good!
Well, part of my obligation
was to blog on a regular basis about the program and what kind of
results we are getting from it. I dropped the ball.
Jennifer had to email me and warn me....LOL So why have I been
behind? Well, the majority of it is Growth Leaders fault!
After
109 Prospects Total So Far
We
have 97 Subscribed to our Bi-Weekly Buyers Newsletter
Actively
showing 10 prospects homes
55%
of the prospects are being alerted to listings that meet
their criteria
100%
of our prospects have been contacted either by phone or
email (some we had to get creative in how we found them...lol)
ONLY
5% have unsubscribed from the service
Working
on 4 possible listings from prospects or referrals
3
contracts written and pending closing
Prospects
are calling US, we are not spending all of our time
chasing people
Averaging
3 to 4 Leads per day!
I have to admit
that I have really been surprised by the results we are having. In
fact, we just brought aboard another agent in order to meet the
demand that we are facing (more on this in another post). The
addition of Growth Leader has really caused our office to get
behind. We have a part-time agent who is fixing to go full
time, IN TODAYS MARKET! Granted
we are doing a LOT of marketing, and we are also VERY CREATIVE in
how we promote our Growth Leader program.
We approached this as a fun
project and really did not expect much. We have had to give it 110%
effort in order to get the above results!! We are NOT spending
hours a day working it, but we are consistent in what we are doing.
So, how are we going to make
up our lack of attention to details? Even though they offer FANTASTIC
training, we will be blogging continually about different components
of the system. Watch for a different post every couple of
days. We will start at the beginning and work our way through the
system. In fact, just subscribe so that you wont miss it!

Grown Marketing, Inc. will also be promoting Growth
Leader to our coaching clients. As owner of HGMI, I have to
say that I would never have thought about promoting a lead
generation company until this experience. If you have the
desire and need for one, Growth
Leader is it.
I have had the pleasure of
speaking with several agents who are looking at trying Growth Leader
and at this point, I will again repeat....It
is the best lead generation program I have tried!

Brande- Glad to hear you are getting leads from Growth Leader. Another agent closer to me in Seattle has said the same thing. They are getting more leads than they really "expected" Sounds like a promising product.
Hahah, Brande - you make me sound like a meanie! I wasn't about to kick you out. The last time you'd reported on your progress, it sounded like you were having success. I'm glad to hear that it's continued to higher levels for you. Great job!
Brandee- Wow, you are the only one that I know that is using market leader with success. Our point 2 agent site keeps 3 buyers agent very busy at $49.95 per month.
Katerina - That is great, do what works for you. My point 2 agent site is doing very well also. I am glad to see your style hasnt changed...LOL.
Kristi - They are doing well. I do have to admit that my area is one of the most sought after in the state. For a long time, it was in the top 10 fastest growing counties in the country. There are a lot of things you can do with the Growth Leader site though to bring the people to it.
Brande, I was disappointed (when I was contacted about participating in Growth Leader) that I couldn't take part thanks to our MLS. Hope you are busy with real estate and that's why you haven't been here as much.
I strive to make each and every one of my clients feel like my priority. My blog helps me to express my thoughts, learn more about the industry and keep striving to be the best possible real estate agent that I can become.
