Last night I posted this chart on Facebook. I was surprised how many folks emailed me to ask for the chart. So thought you would be interested in it.

I also posted this on my outside blog. The consumers and First Time Home Buyers are so confused on what was actually passed after five re-writes of the bill.

If you are a First Time Home Buyer in Ann Arbor or anywhere in Saline, Dexter, Chelsea or Ypsilanti, Michigan, hope this clears up the confusion.

(Activerain members feel free to use the chart.)

Great chart Missy.  Any chance you'd put it on Flickr with creative commons for your devoted followers?

Missy, What a neat thing to offer to others to use. Thank you very
much.  We have worked in other offices / areas here in MI,
Sal much longer than I as my joining with him took place
in '04; AND the people in Keller Williams where we work &
those whom I've 'met' in AR are simply the top or cream.

This simple thing that you did  today is a prime example.

I used this chart in my outside blog a few days ago; NAR I think did a great job with it.

Missy - You are so wonderful to share this chart and allow others to use it.  It is valuable information that we can pass along to our buyers.

Thanks, Missy.  I saw a link to this chart from NAR yesterday in another post, and already had it scheduled for my FocusOnCrofton blog tomorrow.  Now I don't have to resize it because you've already done that for me.  I added another section to the post, as well, to give an example of the tax benefit of home ownership - maybe that, in combination with the tax credit, will get a renter or two off the fence.
