I treat all my customers as friends.  I also know my business and the market to earn their trust as a friend.

Here is what a client said of me:

"Mr. Stankewich was extremely knowledgable, professional and hard working during all phases of both our sales and purchasing transactions. He responded to the myriad of questions and requests that we made in a very timely and thorough manner. I would recommend Mr. Stankewich to any client to assist them with either a home sale or purchase." - Dwight and Sanja Apodac

I listed and sold their home in Garden Grove, California and assisted them in their purchase of a new home in Anaheim Hills, California.  They were extremely satisfied with both deals.

Then the fires started in Anaheim and I was worried about them.  I called them and everything was fine.  Dwight said it was interesting as they went down to the reservoir with his son and watched the firefighting helicopters picking up water to throw on the fires.

He got a free wash of his patio from the spillage of the helicopters flying over his house. Unfortunately the ash deposits landed on his house and yard.

He appreciated the call, which is the moral of this story.

Mike - Keeping in touch with our past clients is extremely important.  The comments from your client shows that you are an ideal agent, keep doing what you are doing.
