Why hello Beth :)  It has been a long time, and just look at the information you have here.  I had no idea that the Title Co's couldn't put out info on line anymore.  I liked having my stuff on line, and this looks like a good option.  So now, we buy the Program, then for a $25 set-up fee.....is that right?

Kathy, good to talk to you again! :-)  Yes, it is a one time $25 set-up fee that would be charged to your credit card and then it is just $2 per listing which is also charged to the credit card.

Wow Beth,   I wasn't aware that SureClose was able to be setup in such a manner.   Wouldn't that require a licensed version of SureClose PE for the user?   I have to go check that out..

Tom, let me know what you think after you click through the website.  The public disclosures account actually gives the agent modified access to SureClose Professional.  It is really helping out the agents in California that were accustomed to having their disclosures posted by their title company since now that resource has been taken away from them with the passing of SB133.  Even though our initial focus has been California to help fill this specific need, I think it could be a valuable tool for agents in any location.  It gives them greater online visibility for their listings, tracks anyone that views the disclosures and sends notifications to the agent, and allows them quicker and cheaper delivery of documents.
