May 8, 2007:
Since it was such a beautiful day, Flat Caleb and I took my little one and bigger one to the park. While taking some pictures for Localism, I caught Caleb hanging out at the waterfall and playing hide and seek! Oh no! He lost and eye!

Flat Caleb also got to hang out at Subway, where he helped serve cookies to the kids. He even treated us!

Flat Caleb even met a new friend to hang out with during his time here in Colorado Springs - Molly the Rocker Chick! They spent some time on our front patio getting to know eachother. I think they will be great friends.

Now, Springtime in Colorado can be manic. 80 degrees one minute - near freezing the next ...
It was a beautiful warm day today - but this evening got quite chilly. Flat Caleb needed to get some new threads ... which will be really nice should he want to join us when we go out on the town! So, we fixed up his eye - bandaged his stapled arm and leg - and got him a new outfit! (Now he just needs a nice suitcase for his new stuff!)

He looks stylin' now!

Too cute!  The hide and seek photos are great fun -- you could do a whole "Where's Caleb" book for your kids!  Love the new duds.  Not everyone could get away with those flippers, but he looks marvelous!

Hey Mariana - this is really cute on Flat Caleb's adventures!  Love his new attire - very befitting one of the Kings of AR....the flippers just complete the whole look.  Bet your kids are having fun watching their mom play with a Flat Doll, aren't they?  ;-)

Our flat people are certainly a bit worse for the wear - it's good they can get new clothes and new body parts as they go along. We seem to be morphing them into the Bionic Flats!
