The ForSaleByLocals team is considering a US Real Estate Video Road Show during the month of August 2007.  Is there interest in learning about how to produce your own real estate video from a team that has already posted hundreds of real estate videos in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and hundreds of thousands of real estate video views in less than 6 months?

(NOTE: Dates have changed from July to August for two reasons. 1) My residency in South America has to be renewed during the month of July and the government will hold my passport up to 20 days in July and 2) I want to attend REConnect at the end of July)

Each stop on the roadshow will have plenty of opportunities to participate and will include the following training opportunities:

- The Business Value Of Real Estate Video Executive Seminar (3 Hours): an executive seminar focused on the business value of real estate video ideal for brokers and agents considering the inclusion of real estate video in their marketing plan or want to expand their markets to include international buyers. Coffee breaks/snacks and training materials for you to keep will be included.  A certificate will be mailed to you upon completion of the training.  (morning session)  Cost: $75/participant until 15 July 2007, $125 after 15 July 2007

- Hands-On Real Estate Video Training (4 Hours): a hands-on real estate video training class focused on the basics of filming your own real estate video, equipment, and techniques that will help you to continue improving your videos. You'll receive training materials to keep and credit for free editing and post production support for 2 real estate videos that you film. A certificate of training will be mailed to you after course completion (afternoon session and bring your own video camera) Cost: $200/participant  until 15 July 2007, $300 after 15 July 2007

- Filming of Property Videos: Our team will be available to professionally film select properties located in within a 25 mile area of the respective city on a first come, first served basis. Post-production, editing, narration in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Appointments for videos can be reserved in advance for up to 3 properties per day (excluding the day of training) or as noted below. We expect to be able to film more properties even after the advance reservations are filled. Pricing for each property video would be $350 per property and includes filming in High Definition, editing, professional narration in English/Spanish/Portuguese, conversion to online format, and hosting for delivery to your website as well as our network of video sites. You'll receive one version of the video with your logo and all contact info as well as a non-branded version for use in local MLS systems.
