On the left hand side of the page under User Services, click on "View Continuing Ed"
If this is your first time accessing DBPR Online Services, click on "Activate Your Online Services Account" and complete the information under "Enter Initial Pin" (your initial pin number should be the last four digits of your social security number or Federal Tax ID number. If neither of those work, call the Customer Contact Center at 850-487-1395 for assistance. the Center is open Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday 10am-2pm, EST.)
Once you have set up your ID and pin number, you are granted access to your online account at any time!
