Its nice to see things moving along in Washington and after waiting so long hopefully these new stimulus plans will help put the real estate market back on track.  Lets hope everything is being monitored and more help is given when needed in the right places. I like the idea of giving the banks cash incentives to get their job done because I don't think they will comply any other way.

Many people are against the way some of this money is being used but so many people are being damaged by foreclosures and the lack of money being available for loans that we have to do whatever it takes to get things moving.
