This includes all Tallahassee home sales (single family detached homes, town homes and condominiums) in the Tallahassee real estate market. Not much to say when a picture’s worth a 1000 words.

Joe - yes, picture does speak volumes. I can't believe you can find data all the way back to 1991. I'm trying to gather data just a few years back and it's like pulling teeth. ~Rita

Hi Jeff, That is a great graph and I love the long stretch of time you used as criteria. That big surge in 2005 and 2006 really shows up. Now to get back to normal, :-)

Hi Jeff,

Cindy from Baker County. Pretty awesome graph. Don't get too discouraged though, it will get better. Hopefully we have seen the worst of the worst. Now is the time to really be pushing the short sales and get some of these distressed homes off the market. If we can get to a more normal inventory then I think we will see the market start to level out to something a little more normal.

Thanks William, but that "big stretch" shows it will take a while longer to regain normalcy. Our market had so much activity during the boom years that we still have a while yet to go.
