Today was brutally cold and remarkably arctic like, here on the Sunset Coast of Southwestern Michigan. I asked for the buyers to "come out come out wherever you are" on my last blog post and today they did! Go figure. Two calls, two buyers, employed and relocating, with an urgent need to find a home.
