Hello!

GREAT news for Argent and the seller!!  I just got a call from Tobi Hawley with Dominion Real Estate - I had furnished a listing of hers in Northshore, a condo building in Tempe.  The seller has a few of the same unit - we furnished one, and now it is shown by the BUILDERS' SALESPEOPLE since they don't have a model!  Talk about incredible exposure!  You can see many of the photos in the slideshow on Argent's home page, or click HERE.

Well, one of these $900,000 units sold, and.....THE BUYERS WANT A FURNISHING CREDIT WITH ARGENT DECOR as a condition of sale!  Woo WOO!!!  I am super-excited to meet my new clients!
