Southwest Florida already saw one indication of a strengthening market in March.

Sales rose 16 percent when comparing March's 834 to the 721 homes sold in the same month a year ago. Even the condominium market saw a boost in sales for March, rising 7 percent when comparing that month with March 2006.

Don't worry, Marc, the Housing Bubble Blog took the Tribune article and totally exploited all of the market weaknesses.  I couln't believe I was reading references to the same article.

Damn - people just love negativity don't they?!?

If the # of sales tripled in a year, somebody would write an article saying what a pity it is that things didn't improve more.
