In short, you are making it easy for them to understand what your Web site is all about. When you optimize your Web site, you make it easier for search engines to comprehend the content, making your Web site more relevant. This relevancy score has a direct relationship with your search result rankings.

REALTORS® should include recommendations and testimonials in their future online marketing strategies. Web sites leveraging user reviews and recommendations such as Yelp, Amazon, and LinkedIn are seeing their traffic grow and credibility enhanced. We’ll talk about the increasing value of customer testimonials, and how to incorporate them into your Web sites and blogs.

The Move Facebook account is now live. We are working on setting up a Facebook Featured Blogger Group. Send us your Facebook account and we’ll invite you to join. You asked for this forum to talk to your colleagues, and we listened. We are also finalizing our Twitter account, focused on REALTOR.com customer service and allowing for quick response to any questions, concerns or site suggestions. Send your Tweets to @REALTORdotcom. I also set up a Twitter account for Move Trends. This could be another great way for us to communicate. Follow me @movetrends.
