My Listings are Priced Right!

The last month I've been a busy bee with the housing market, but what can I attribute this to? Interest Rates, or Stimulus Package? Maybe and Maybe!

I've got a good idea though my sellers are helping me price their listings at fair market value and that my friend is what is moving this market!

And, as we know, price is king when buyers are looking for homes.

price is the big one and only the buyer gets to decide whether it is right or not.

Pricing is the real key in today's a lot of the consumers are still in a state of denial

i have found the homes that are priced right are selling this is good news we need

The listing price has never been anything more than a marketing strategy...used to attract the largest pool of buyers.But it's so hard to convince sellers of that fact! The value is always determined by the market...
